If you can't see the deposit in your account within 2 working days, please reach out to our customer support with a copy of a bank transfer.
Only SEPA transfers are supported and usually, the SEPA Transfer takes one business day. It mostly depends on the bank/payment provider. Standard (non-urgent) transfers in euro to the EEA countries are performed via the SEPA system using an IBAN account.
Only deposits made from personal bank accounts in the same name as the Hive5 investor account are accepted.
