Co-founder Andrius Rupšys, the father of a large family, created one of Lithuania's most modern and well-known IT businesses, "Ruptela". The company has grown from a single idea in Andrius' head to a profitable company with over 250 employees. The company provides solutions for fleet management and GPS tracking. Within 15 years of managing "Ruptela", the company has achieved awards such as "The most attractive employer in Lithuania" (2017). It means: first, the Loan Originator and then "Hive Finance" will be obliged to redeem the investment with all accrued interest following the Assignment Agreement.
