At the beginning of August, we launched our new investment marketplace, "hive5 ". Eventually, we want to briefly summarise our first business results and review some of the first feedback from the investors.
Here are some key metrics: (for the period 8th - 31st of August 2022):
• 228k Eur of listed loans on the platform;
• 110k Eur of funded loans;
• 13.04% of an average interest rate;
• 250k Eur of skin in the game. It is important to note that we aim to keep at least 10% skin in the game on all loans on the platform in the future;
• Currently you can earn up to 15% of annual return.
The first month was exciting and full of endless discussions, many hours of hard work and some satisfaction moments after the first made investment, the first conversation with the curious investor and the first 100k Eur of funded loans. Most investors are testing the platform and have started to invest a smaller amount of money, which is evident as the platform is still new in the market. Luckily, we have noticed that investors tend to invest repeatedly after receiving the first investment returns, which is a commendable habit. Also, soon we will receive larger investments from legal entities showing a significant interest in our platform.
Essentially, we know how important it is to keep a watchful eye on every feedback we get. So far, we feel pleased with the first reviews of "Hive5". A well-known investor and blogger of "P2Pmarketdata "introduced our platform to the market as a "Freshly launched P2P platform in the hands of two experienced professionals". It's no surprise that investors consider transparency within the company as one of the top factors determining satisfaction of the investment process. Accordingly, we have received feedback from satisfied investors regarding our transparency and professionalism. For instance, the blogger who owns www.marcoschwartz.com says: "They also focus on complete transparency for investors, as well as providing a strong experience in the field with a highly skilled team <...> And indeed, they do have a really strong team. Their CEO for example, Ricardas Vandzinskas, has over 15 years of experience in the field of finance. <...> So definitely a strong team of professionals with a lot of experience in the P2P lending field, which is a really good point for this platform."

At the end of the day, all this feedback is something more than a pleasant achievement. We feel excited to continue building a better investment platform by hearing and understanding the investors' feedback and setting up even bigger goals.
