Andrius Rupšys, the other half of the co-founding duo, is an entrepreneur and the proud father of a large family. He created and developed one of Lithuania's most modern and well-known IT businesses, "Ruptela". Andrius has demonstrated professionalism in turning a single idea into a profitable company with over 250 employees. Under his leadership, "Ruptela" has received numerous awards, including being recognised as the "Most attractive employer in Lithuania" in 2017 and winning the "I love my company" contest in the medium-sized companies category.
Andrius was honoured with the "CEO of the Year" award in Lithuania in 2015, which proves his exceptional leadership skills and strategic vision.
